TEXT MESSAGING

SMS Program

How the HeliumSol text messaging program works: what we send, how customers give their consent, and how to stop messages at any time.

1. About the program

HeliumSol is a brand of Idea Brothers LLC. The HeliumSol SMS program sends text messages to customers and prospective customers of HeliumSol, a digital agency that designs and builds websites, web and mobile apps, AI assistants, and workflow automation. Messages are limited to inquiries, quotes, service information, scheduling, appointment updates, and customer support.

2. How customers opt in

Customers opt in verbally, during a phone call or conversation with a HeliumSol team member — for example, when they contact us about a project or book a consultation. Before any text message is sent, the team member:

  • asks whether the customer would like to receive text messages from HeliumSol about their inquiry, quotes, service information, scheduling, appointment updates, and customer support;
  • tells the customer that message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month, that message and data rates may apply, that they can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance, and that consent is not a condition of purchasing any HeliumSol services;
  • confirms the mobile number the customer wants the messages sent to.

Text messages are sent only if the customer clearly agrees. A customer who declines, or does not answer, is not texted. HeliumSol records each consent — the customer’s name and mobile number, the date and time, and the team member who took it — so that it can be verified later.

3. What the customer is asked

The team member asks, in these words or very close to them:
“Would you like to receive text messages from HeliumSol about your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, appointment updates, and support? Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not required to use our services. Is it okay to text you at [mobile number]?”

4. Confirmation message

Once a customer agrees, HeliumSol sends one confirmation text:
HeliumSol: You’re subscribed to texts about your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, appointment updates & support. Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

5. Example messages

Typical messages in the program look like this:
HeliumSol: Hi [Name], your quote for the website project is ready — we’ve emailed it to you. Reply here with any questions. Reply STOP to opt out.
HeliumSol: Reminder — your discovery call is tomorrow at 2:00 PM ET. Need to reschedule? Just reply. Reply STOP to opt out.
HeliumSol: We’ve received your support request and will follow up within 1 business day. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

6. Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any HeliumSol text message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming it, and no further texts:

HeliumSol: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.

Reply HELP at any time for assistance. You will receive:

HeliumSol: For help, email info@heliumsol.com or call +1 (202) 810-7042. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

You can also opt out by telling a HeliumSol team member or by emailing info@heliumsol.com. Opting out stops text messages only; it does not cancel any HeliumSol services, projects, or agreements.

7. Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

Mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. How HeliumSol handles your number and consent is set out in the Privacy Policy, and the full SMS terms are in the Terms of Service.
